Any product returned must be in the same condition as had been previously purchased or received (in the case of a gift), and in its original packaging.  You may return the item within two weeks from the date of purchase.  This product may only be exchanged for another item of the same or greater value.  A cash or credit refund is not possible.

Back to Games is a retailer and we cannot provide missing components or parts. Publishers are in need to be contacted at this point through their own customer service and they will send the requested item at your doorstep. We can assist you on providing contact details of the publisher.
