Community Guidelines

To keep our community friendly, inclusive, and fun for everyone, we kindly ask that you follow these guidelines:

1. Respect and Inclusion

• Treat everyone with kindness—no harassment, hate speech, or discrimination of any kind.
• Respect pronouns, personal space, and differing levels of skill or experience.
• Be inclusive to newcomers and supportive of diverse gaming backgrounds.

2. Fair Play & Sportsmanship

• Play honestly and follow the rules of the game.
• No cheating, excessive stalling, or exploiting unclear rulings.
• Win with grace; lose with dignity.
• For TCGs (e.g. Magic, Lorcana, Pokémon): Keep your decks legal for the format. Sideboarding or deck changes mid-event are not allowed unless explicitly permitted.
• For Wargaming (e.g. Warhammer, Star Wars Legion): Ensure your army lists are clear, readable, and accurate. Proxies must be approved beforehand.

3. Clean Play Spaces

• Keep play areas tidy. No food or drinks on the tables unless allowed.
• Return borrowed items (dice, tokens, terrain) promptly and in good condition.
• Respect store property and other players’ belongings.

4. Dispute Resolution

• For in-game disagreements, pause and call a judge or organizer.
• Don’t raise your voice or argue excessively—rules calls happen, and we’ll resolve them calmly.
• Abusive or repeated disruptive behavior may lead to removal from events or spaces.

5. Photography and Streaming

• Always ask for consent before taking photos or videos of players or games.
• If you’re live streaming or posting game results online, tag responsibly and don’t share private details without permission.

6. Age & Supervision Policy

• Players under 14 must be accompanied by a guardian.
• For certain events, age restrictions may apply.

7. Reporting & Moderation

• If you feel unsafe or uncomfortable at any time, please speak with a staff member or community moderator.
• Reports are confidential and taken seriously.

8. Event-Specific Rules

• Each event may have additional rules or expectations (e.g. tournament deck registration, painting requirements).
• These will be posted in the event details—please read them carefully.
